Dr. Pickle already had the views. We built the product that turns them into revenue: an AI studio that converts any study material into a short video starring Dr. Pickle, in his own voice.

The challenge
Dr. Pickle is a viral avatar with a huge audience. Attention alone doesn't pay the bills, though. The biggest opportunity was letting fans make their own Dr. Pickle content and charging for it, without the character ever sounding off-brand.
What we built

Anything in, Dr. Pickle out
Upload a PDF or Word doc, paste a link, or drop in a video. Documents are parsed, links are scraped, and videos are transcribed with Whisper, so any source becomes material for a script.

In character, every time
An LLM writes the script in Dr. Pickle's voice and personality. ElevenLabs voices it with character-level timestamps, which we turn into word-by-word captions that are burned into the video with FFmpeg.

Built to scale
Video jobs are queued on Pub/Sub and rendered by containerized Cloud Run workers, so a viral spike just means more workers. A separate chat service lets fans talk to Dr. Pickle directly.

Monetization built in
Stripe subscriptions, credit plans, guest checkout and payment links. Admins can create and price plans, top up credits, and publish exclusive content. Fans get a library, share pages and downloads.
