The challenge

Talent management runs on volume and timing. Every hour an agent spends hunting for contacts, writing follow-ups or chasing invoices is an hour not spent closing. We wanted software tailored to how WALLS works, so deals keep moving even when nobody is at a desk.

    Scouting with AI

    Drop in a TikTok or Instagram link or screenshot. The scouter reads the profile and audience demographics so agents can decide in seconds.

    The right contact, automatically

    Company research and contact enrichment find the best person at each brand. A hashtag search shows which brands are already paying creators.

  • 3

    Sequences on autopilot

    Gmail-connected outreach sequences send, follow up and track replies on schedule. Wallie, our in-house AI agent, plans its work, uses tools across the CRM, and drafts outreach on request.

  • 4

    Pitch to payout

    Media kits, pitch lists, campaigns, invoicing, Stripe and Wise payouts, and a full ledger. The same platform also runs the marketplace API behind our talent's own storefronts.
