Rosie Rainbow runs group photography trips and creative events for women. We built the booking stack so she owns the whole experience, from the listing to the payment plan to the QR code at the door.

The challenge

Group trips are expensive, so travelers need to pay over time, and every booking comes with forms, reminders, itineraries and refunds. Off-the-shelf tools take a cut and own the customer. Rosie wanted to own both.

What we built

    Trips with payment plans

    Each trip takes a deposit and then a schedule of installments, with automated payment-reminder emails that cancel themselves once a payment lands. Capacity, waitlists, refund policies and order confirmations are built in.

    Everything a traveler needs

    Traveler info forms, an account page with the active trip, itineraries exported as PDFs, and post-trip reviews. Listings stay in sync with WeTravel.

    Events and check-in

    RSVPs, tickets and attendee lists for in-person events. Door check-in works by scanning a QR code with any phone's camera.

    Powered by WALLS

    Checkout, orders, products, newsletter and analytics all run on the WALLS marketplace API, the same platform our agency uses.
