The challenge

AI assistants are only as useful as what they can reach. Kenoo wanted an assistant to do real work across projects, calendars, money, health, marketing and ads, safely, with permissions and guardrails, rather than just chat about it.

What we built

A real MCP surface
92 typed tools across six domains: projects and tasks, calendar planning, finance, health and nutrition, email workflows, and AdPilot ads. Each tool is account-aware and scoped to the signed-in user.

AdPilot, the ad engine
A budget engine that raises, lowers and stops Meta ad budgets on a schedule, using equations for creative exhaustion, optimal stopping and spend pacing inside hard guardrails. No language model makes any budget decision.

Ask it, then do it
Rank opportunities, check audience saturation, plan tomorrow, categorize transactions, or design an email template. The same assistant can read the data and act on it.

Workflows as an API
An events API lets partner platforms trigger automated email flows. MurphsLife uses it to pipe donor events straight into Kenoo workflows.
